Captain's Blog — June 22ndToday my mate and I fished a half day in search of a salmon for the LOC Derby. The fish are still scattered from the surface to as deep as 600' of copper out about 130'. We did manage 6 bites on silvers. We kept the program simple. Our largest salmon was about 18lbs. Once the thermocline develops fishing should improve. Black and green glow silver back spoons were best. I still have some prime days in July and August available, please inquire. Captain Jerry, |
